All of this is stapled onto a pretty good template: a very aggressive double strike-vigilance-haste combination that allows it to attack as well as being activated as soon as it hits the battlefield
With it, you will have enough time to build up your board before playing Moraug, and then you will have two sequential attacks that have the possibility of dealing lethal damage
We recommend using Snow-Covered Plains to deny your opponents the benefit of this card, but regular Plains work just as well
WotC unbanned five cards: Gifts Ungiven, Sway of the Stars, Braids, Cabal Minion, Coalition Victory, and Panoptic Mirror
Currently the Active card draw in Amethyst can easily support an additional ink color without any of its own types of card draw (simply by adding Merlin - Rabbit and the bounce package), whereas in the First Chapter the passive card draw engine of Amber was needed to complement the small amount of Active in Steel or other colors (Amber-Steel was objectively the best deck in the Chapter One format)
And I love that the initiative can be passed around the table just like monarch does, which should help push the game forward
