The metagame in cube has changed sufficiently that Necro is now a rather narrow card that only a few decks can put it to good use

Note that there is no "nontoken" word here, so instant speed artifact tokens will trigger too as well as lands that make them like Mirrex

But the ceiling on the card is limitless, and being able to recur or flicker it at instant speed makes for some wild lines

I hope that we get more cards with Wild Magic Surge that incorporate the positive and negative effects of the wild magic table

Not overpowered on its own, but not hard to maximize in a green Commander deck either

Liliana's Mastery is one of the strongest zombie payoffs as an anthem that comes with multiple tokens, and Oath of Liliana is among the best Oath cards because both abilities protect your planeswalkers
