Ive seen Chorus of the Conclave create some massive boards, but Tolsimir being less mana-hungry makes him better at more stages of the game

The difference between a near-mint copy worth 5 USD and a copy of that same card with worn edges might be just pennies, but for cards worth hundreds or thousands of dollars, the markdown becomes significant
I think over the last decade or so the play skill portion of this has slowly been eroded by truly great players like Paul Rietzl and Tom Ross, but theres more to Magic than just game play
