This card takes the "shrink yourself as a cost" of Tetravus and Triskelion and the "put -1/-1 counters on your own creatures" of Thelon's Chant and Tourach's Chant

Having two around gives all of your face-down creatures a permanent +4/+4 boost when you finally decide to flip them, which can make blocking your board extremely annoying for your opponent
