With Hare Apparent, you get to swing in with one, make two extra token copies of it, and make six tokens, assuming you dont have any other copies in play
I would recommend picking up a playset from the secondary market prior to the price rising, as a four mana 3/3 lord that pumps your whole team is likely something you'd want to run in many builds at the kitchen table
I think it's mainly the +2 and the -1 that make Sorin powerful
The other adventure lands are good as well, but this one allows for recursion of card types, enchantment and artifact, without the restriction White usually gets on mana value and nets us up to two cards in the process
This might also be card where offspring is the closest to being an exact copy of the original and thus at its best
It should be more consistent than the out-of-the-box starter, thanks to all the additional card draw
