Turn three cast Kodamas Reach: Turn four we cast Heartbeat of Spring and use the extra mana it generates to active Krosan Verge: On Turn Five we cast Turnabout floating **WWUURRBBGG and cast Tiamat searching for Morophon, Miirym, Terror of the Peaks, Niv-Mizzet Reborn, and Scion of the Ur-Dragon and cast them in that order
If you gain control of another player's permanent and it phases out, if the duration of the control-change effect expires before it phases in, that permanent phases in under that other player's control as your next untap step begins
If you get it late, though, it's pretty bad as you don't have the time for this sort of thing in many situations
This deck has been play tested and is remarkably strong, not to mention a ton of fun to play
