There are a number of resources out there that allow you to plug in your decklist and get a breakdown of what percentage of your cards need specific colors of mana, what the average converted mana cost of your cards is, and other helpful information (Im partial to Tapped Out personally)

When the set was first released this card was hitting highs of $300+ but now the market has time to calm down the card now goes for a respectable $200.00
This should easily do the job for your MTG collection, but more expensive binders can offer better protection
