We're probably running way fewer creatures than our opponents, which means we need to take extra measures to stop our opponents from easily attacking our planeswalkers
Other than that, youll find that the games main antagonist can use it as well, but as long as you position as many of your party members as you can to the sentinel paradigm role and heal yourself liberally, you should be able to make a comeback

In Commander, Bitterblossom tends to see play mainly in Aristocrats decks, as a way to generate extra sacrifice fodder
This deck will take some ramping up and control with cards like Bottle-Cap Blast to ensure that it doesnt get overrun by aggressive and midrange decks
I expect it to peak up again in the future, so its probably a good idea to pick up a copy a couple of weeks after release if you were looking for one anyway
