Normally thats a slow process, but Abidoss Skill Card speeds it up: once per turn, the Ancient Ruler Rises Skilllets you send a Level 2 Zombie from your Deck to the Graveyard and places one of your Sarcophagus cards from your Deck, Graveyard, or that was banished, face-up into your Spell and Trap Zone
Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 2 Level 7 or higher Plant-Type monsters (1 from your hand and 1 from your Graveyard)
Something along the line of a scannable code on cards to verify authenticity would get the job done, but implementing the program would be costly, and it wouldn't help with all the cards that are currently in print (barring some sort of mass-exchange program, which would be even more prohibitively expensive)
While Pokmon's biggest chase cards like 151 Charizard or Moonbreon soak up all the community's attention, there are plenty of less flashy cards that have also risen in price by a surprising amount
