I understand the suggestion fromm KongMing as a strong one but I don't think it works the way he intended it Temporal Distortion does put counters on their lands but it removes ALL of them not just one so even if you proliferate it doesn't keep the lands tapped down longer unless you destroy your own enchantment
Ungraded cards are more susceptible to damage you wouldnt encounter on a graded card, since the latter would have already been sleeved in plastic
Spirits Spirits have several advantages over other tribes
Lands (24) Spells (36) This deck requires some tuning, as this endgame is just so warped, but also so slow, that its not obvious how much we even need to play to make it better compared to just making sure we live that long
Unlike some other archetypes, discard decks can freely combine any of these sub-themes and the cards will almost always synergize, allowing for very powerful combinations and plenty of choice about the specific direction you take your list
