If you're a Tribal deck, Cavern of Souls is still you best answer, but Prowling Serpopard is still a solid inclusion
Its perfect for Storm fanatics and Control connoisseurs alike
It's a green card, the cards Jamie likes best, and it was a "fattie" meaning it took a lot of magic to bring it to the field, which meant it was more powerful
More importantly, the creature card has a useful ability in that whenever it attacks or is targeted by an opponents spell, it can deal three damage to each opponent (making it potentially useful in multiplayer formats such as Commander) or exile (essentially remove from the game, in Magic: The Gatherings lingo) the top two cards of the players deck - the player then picks one of those two cards, which they can choose to play until the end of their next turn
It's a strong creature in decks filled with flashback spells, or with commanders like Muldrotha, the Gravetide, where you actively want to cast a spell every turn from your grave
