Agreed, there's a bunch of mono blue control decks with Sheets and Extraplanar Lense already out there running snow lands to break the symmetry, and this slots right in as a little value engine
We hope to see two to three counters per activation, but investing tutors and mana into fetching the rest of the Bobbleheads might prove a bad tradeoff
Firion, meanwhile, essentially doubles up on your non-legendary equipment the turn you play it, which is awesome
