At first an instant speed threaten sounds really good, but because this one suspects the creature you grab, it cant actually be used to block an opposing attacker or anything like that, so it being an instant isnt a huge deal
The token copies exactly what was printed on the original card and nothing else (unless that creature is itself copying something else
But to take it a step further, every time the opponent activates a monster effect, Narkissus inflicts 200 damage
