Cannahawk can essentially Gold Sarcophagus any Ritual Beast card from the deck once per turn while its on the field, but if you remove him from the field then re-summon him in one turn you can use his effect multiple times (this is the same for all the Spirit Beasts and even the fusion monsters)
The casualty ability is nice, but ultimately cards like this are too expensive for how little they accomplish when not used as a combo piece
You can also look for selections that have multiple high-rarity cards since the price only goes as high as the best rarity
