In a few ways, it feels like a deck that decides to avoid spellslinging , rather than take the easy route and lean into it
This might go a way to fixing one of the main problems I have with Lorcana at the moment: aside from a few rares in each set, most cards in most packs arent worth even the cost of the pack itself
More Discard decks in the meta will open the door for more anti-discard decks, like Amethyst/Steel Re-Pete or possibly even Amethyst/Emerald decks using Kronk, Laid Back
It works rather unintuitively, but I think it's also a lot of fun to play, as well as quite strong, so I will try to illuminate our thoughts and choices that went into this deck
