When Underworld Cerberus dies, exile it and each player returns all creature cards from their graveyard to their hand
Legends like Judith, the Scourge Diva and Teysa Karlov make great commanders for an Aristocrats deck, but any creature that sacrifices other creatures or does something when you do will work

The reality is that with the buff actually being +1/-1, it's a lot less exciting
It's much harder though not impossible to wield effectively in casual multiplayer
I never recommend running Geyser or Quicken in any Commander deck
