Seraph of the Scales is super-strong but competes directly with Sorin, Vengeful Bloodlord and the new Ajani, Strength of the Pride
The second ability seems superfluous, but its a great card regardless
As such, its quite likely that at least some of these Lands see consistent Standard play, though none in particular stands head and shoulders above the others
Hydroid Krasis Strengths: Exiles, answers planeswalkers Weaknesses: Experimental Frenzy, Adanto Vanguard, Ripjaw Raptor Strengths: Instant-speed, answers planeswalkers Weaknesses: Rotting Regisaur, Marauding Raptor, Sanctum Seeker All three of these cards are narrow but quite powerful, which makes them great sideboard options
Birds of Paradise and Shivan Dragon are two of the most expensive Alpha cards, ahead of many of the dual lands, and these cards have been reprinted infinite times, to the point where Shivan Dragon now shows up in precon decks given away to new players for free
