It phases in as it phase out, so if it was tapped it phases in tapped, but it does phase in without summoning sickness, now known as haste

Dont get me wrong: the card templates are beautiful, as it appears all Pokmon VMAX will be presented as full art cards

While it isnt the most effective blocker early on, it becomes decently strong for two mana once you have seven cards in your graveyard
