It seems like a good inclusion in WU Fliers or any kind of controlling white deck, but it definitely falls short of true bomb status
Crystal Barricade in particular is a nice way to protect against Screaming Nemesis, and while Joust Through may be worse against Mosswood Dreadknight, I do think the lifegain will be relevant against burn
The lack of red mana in this theoretical deck puts a limit on the number of Final Fantasy Wizards you can consider, but theres still Venat, Heart of Hydaelyn, who lets you draw a card every time you cast a Legendary card
