While I do want Wizards to be able to use new cards to bring new players into the game, we should be bringing them into the game because Magic is just so good and so much fun that they can't help but play it, not because Hasbro 's greed has no limits and they're fine with debasing 30 years of Magic 's history for a quick buck and boost to the bottom line
Beyond that, Dualcaster is a fair way to hate on any crazy one-sided instant or sorcery that might end up taking over the format at some point
Out of all of the landwalk cards, plainswalk has been used the least
Unfortunately, the card has made its way onto the banlist for Legacy and Modern, the most accessible 60 card formats with those lands, and without them, Deathrite Shaman is a lot less funky
But Underrealm Lich falls more into the Angel of Suffering mold: a card that can rack up some massive self-mill numbers quickly with the right enablers, and which will also do a lot else for you in the meantime
