I wouldnt get excited by a 4-mana draw-three normally, but you dont need to worry about casting the cards until next turn, and getting a burst of free cards gives you enough of an advantage to push a close game in your favor
Its not especially fancy, but the mix of abilities is good enough to make it excellent on turn four - or a fine topdeck later on in the game, too
Choco, Seeker of Paradise I expect Choco, Seeker of Paradise to overtake Kastral, the Windcrested as the games premiere bird commander on the basis of color alone: Green is the best color for casual EDH decks, and adding it here makes Choco decks much stronger
Stax is just another way to play the game, and its adherents often say that they're just trying to get everyone to play "fair" magic
