Given this definition, Ive focused on cards that are exclusive to x Commander decks

It is important to consider a balance of permanents to non-permanents in any good deck

Your opponent might even forget that its there

If you have ways to make non-legendary copies (which are pretty bountiful these days) then you should be able to take advantage of this even more
