This card is particularly situational, and not that great when the situation comes around, but its one of the oldest humble-adjacent effects in the game, and I feel like I could write an entire D&D campaign based on that flavor text
But this card ended up pretty hard to play, and people didn't want to give it away
This is still a really nice addition to decks that want to untap an artifact or two, like Traxos, Scourge of Kroog
Its a big, splashy effect and should see a home not only in Reanimator but in Dimir Mill strategies to keep yourself alive while milling out
