This is an incredibly useful card to use early when there aren't many cards in the player's graveyard, so they can increase the chances they get what they want

Psychatog + Psychic Frog Psychatog is the OG discard outlet that had huge success in Standard/Extended formats

You cant cheat out expensive cards, but Gandalf adds some super-charged Panharmonicon action to your deck and at minimum gives your commander flash

Is the juice worth the squeeze

Chamber of Manipulation will draw a lot of heat, so I'd say to make sure you have a commanding presence before sending it out

It delivers plenty of new exciting cards and reprints, almost to the point where it looks like a low-power Cube
