The major caveat here is that the Energy ramp from Moltres is facilitated by coin flips a la "Misty", meaning that it's possible to get screwed by RNG and not have enough Fire Energy to attack 3 times in a row even if you play the rest of your game optimally
Regardless of that, it is a solid playable and the ability will be annoying in certain games that go long or if you get to pair it with Skullduggery
