Voltron can really be done in any colors, but I do agree with you that WRU provide the best support for the archetype

Tying all of these into an instant allows it to exist in creature less/lite decks

They continue to be essential for mana filtering and ramp in 2+ color decks

Overall it seems quite clear that the issue were not the abilities of the two banned cards themselves but the way they interacted with the latest cards released in Archazia's Island

But they lack the fear factor of some of the other cEDH decks on this tier list
