Having a way to combo off and generate absurd amounts of mana in the command zone that also has a win condition stapled to it is firmly in the high end of Bracket 3 or just straight up Bracket 4 or higher, based on the cards you end up including in the deck
Each Commander card is available as a regular face card, an extended art version, and a borderless character card
