This does limit the number of wildcards you get, but it can be done if youre on a budget
Green has good creature cards, so it makes sense to lean into that
Surveil is better than scry as you can fill up your graveyard with those goodies, which a lot of cards in Esper colors care about in all permanent types, from White and Blue loving artifact recursion and White and Black creature recursion and abilities like jump-start and flashback in these colors
Unfortunately, there arent actually all that many gifts to be played in the deck and you wont sneak the win out, like many other card-draw-heavy blue decks
This in turn means you can lower the curve of your deck without gimping the power output and will be more robust in games that you are land light
Some are best suited with synergies based around specific creature types or playstyles, while others are better as more generic commanders with effects that can be very competitive in the right decks, both of which prove very powerful
