This is a big downside, and hurts this cards chances of thriving in Expanded because the original Mewtwo-EX can take it down pretty easily, but it still has plenty of potential in Standard
Im curious to see whether Planisphere can actually take the place of Cori-Steel Cutter in that type of deck, or if it simply ends up competing for that key two-drop artifact slot
