We've got six cards in our B-tiercards that may or may not be safe to unban but are worth talking about, at a minimum

It's strong everywhere, but it has enhanced value in archetypes that care about counters generally, +1/+1 counters specifically, proliferate tricks for multicolor brews looking to add loyalty counters for their planeswalkers, four and five-color decks, Commanders with evasion, Commanders with a power that, when increased by 1 get a faster kill, Equipment, Aura, and Voltron decks looking to get in kills with their Commander, and loads more

I generally recommend this for Dragon decks or decks that can take advantage of the additional artifacts (like Daretti, Scrap Savant), though it would fit nicely into most red decks as another angle of attack

In some decks thisll be better than a Blackblade Reforged for sure

Hot Soup makes a creature unblockable but destroys that creature whenever it deals damage

It also effectively trades with any other attacker your opponent might play with its deathtouch ability, making it the perfect blocker in a pinch
