You can only use this effect of "Peaceful Planet Calarium" once per turn

Its giving off some strong Lumineon vibes, looking a lot like that helpful fish in its Crown Zenith rendition

But what about upgrading it

Thematically, its good but I wouldve liked to see more mummy-zombie cards included, and Im not so certain the angel or demon cards (Angel of Sanctions, Archfiend of Ifnir) are all that useful (even if a Zombie Angel is a very neat concept)
