Along with that, it makes each nonland permanent you control every colour and allows all of your lands to be every basic land type - which is a huge boon for a lot of five-colour decks

You cant cast it unless there is a legal target to choose for both

Once you have this dude in play or in the bin you are just getting free value for the rest of the game and it is lovely

Getting both at the same time is not as wonderful as those effects would be separately, although it is worth it

If I flop into something great, I'll be happy, but if I hit a cycling card when I'm positioned to want to keep cycling, I'll be less pleased
