Triple distilled in pot stills, the whiskey is then aged for a minimum of three years in once used American oak bourbon barrels. Empty Lairds Apple Brandy barrels are shipped from the Lairds facility in New Jersey to the Emerald Isle to further finish the whiskey. After careful monitoring of the barrel finishing process, the whiskey is shipped to New Jersey and bottled
