If Phyrexian Fleshgorger is no longer on the battlefield at the time the ward ability resolves, use the power it had the last time it was on the battlefield to determine how much life that player must pay (though if Phyrexian Fleshgorger was the only target, the spell has no legal targets anymore and hence it would not resolve even if they pay the life)
So, if you draw first and scry after that, you get to see two cards, but the second one will remain in your library
And for the forcers, the more readers in the Draft, the better
With the engines provided by Nexus of Fate and Cryptic Command + Mystic Sanctuary, having access to at least one Jace is an additional way to end the game via his ultimate, or just find the cards that you need to piece together one of the engines
