It replaces all your zombies combat damage with milling, and whenever creature cards get milled, youre rewarded with more zombies
Then, on top of that, you can pay 2 generic mana to Replicate it (a mechanic last seen in original Ravnica and related reprinted cards I believe) the spell, which creates a copy of it for every time the replicate cost was paid
More often than not, it will really only be valuable if you can infinite with it, but at that point you already have Goblin Bombardment which doesn't have a funky clause that needs it to work
