I dont personally have a lot of experience with the archetype, but some players I respect are really down on Stifle and I think its in the deck largely to steal wins
You can proliferate an absolutely absurd number of times every turn by playing this card alongside Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus (a card which was sadly ineligible for this list, as it only doubles proliferate effects on other cards and doesnt actually proliferate itself)
Aside from the card featuring a fan-favorite character and fan-favorite mon, the main reason that this card is selling for a decent price is its competitive viability
