Bant/Brokers is a good color combination for adding counters and playing some politics, regardless of exactly how you do it

The removal can be replaced without too much trouble by Cut and Harnessed Lightning (exile will be less important without all those recursive Zombies), and thats without even considering what Ixalan brings us
