Leaving aside the economic part of it, I think having things like Secret Lair and all these alternate art cards is a great way to showcase less conventional art while keeping the main sets visual language coherent
Draw 2 and discard 2 on ETB
2) Chrysalis Pantail- I think I had this card back then alongside the Chrysalis Dolphin but that card I'm sure less I had, nowdays I have a cheap Chinese counterfit of Chrysali Paintail called "Protonema Little Panther" 3) Honest- I firmly remeber having this card, its name is one of those that sound fake which only bolstered its artwork of an angel figure, as far as I remeber I got this card in a varaint of "Tactical Evolution" deck which came next to Chimera, Master of Beasts and Judgement Dragon or at least I think it came like that EXTRA FUSION MONSTERS: 1) UFOroid Fighter- I remember having this card because it was one of my strongest if not one of the most OP cards I used to have, I remember someone telling me UFOroid Fighter is broken too and there's also the fact I thought this card was fake because it looked ridicilous, I mean an Elemental HERO riding a freakin' UFO

With good all-around stats and the Detective class, hes versatile enough to be used for questing, but also draws when he banishes in a challenge
You can't just put some planeswalkers on your otherwise empty board and expect them to do much
Note: Since Scarlet & Violet, all elite trainer boxes have 9 boosters and 1 promo card
