There is an alternate casting cost, but shaving a single mana off this card isnt worth allowing an opponent to filter away unwanted cards
We allow cards to exile other cards or themselves and then bring those cards back, but we try to avoid allowing players to get back cards exiled by other meansespecially cards players have exiled themselves, because that is where broken interactions are most likely to happen
Whether its generating value, applying pressure, or enabling unique synergies tied to their college themes, each of these creatures offers a strong top-end option for decks built around their colors
There's also a lot of effects that modify scry now, potentially enough to build scry focused decks and then just run these as buffs
We had some trial unbans this year of both Prophetic Prism (now fully unbanned) and High Tide (re-banned) and a bunch of new Magic sets that came through Standard and added new cards to Pauper
Honestly, I dont think this card will fair nearly as well as cards like Elsa Spirt of Winter or even the Ariel Enchanted above
