PuPu UFO looks incredibly mediocre to me, and Im only hedging with the rating because the ability to play a 4-drop on turn 3 is extremely powerful, even when done inefficiently

Five cards deep in 40 card decks is really big as well so it is totally viable running this as a card just to find lands in a deck that is very keen on finding specific non-basics
