Peter Pan and Tinker Bell, Mufasa and Simba, and Elsa and Let It Go
Ive struggled to keep Solemn Simulacrum in some of my Twobert designs, but in larger Cubes, especially in environments that incentivize players casting spells for six or more mana, Solemn Simulacrum is a solid card for many decks that doesnt realistically run the risk of being too powerful
The neat thing about Rat Colony though, is that it doesnt force you to only use other cards with the same name, you can fit twenty of them into a Rat-themed Commander deck and not have to worry about not having enough other copies of it
(But to a lesser degree, Maelstrom Pulse is always my first removal spell of choice)
I intentionally skirted around treasure when discussing Sacrifice decks for this series, because I wanted to show that archetype is powerful regardless of what fuel its burning
