At the beginning of your next main phase, add an amount of equal to that spell's mana value
Bird typal, wizard typal, novel synergies with tappers (that arent Winter Orb), and more are all options if you tire of stax shenanigans
If your deck can support it then there is basically no reason not to include it however assessing when this is the case is trickier business
All your Dragon cards can come down at least one turn earlier, putting you above the curve as far as when players should expect your powerful cards to hit the battlefield
You have cards that make lots of Vampire tokens (like March of the Canonized, Mavren Fein, Charismatc Conqueror, and Sorin), cards that make Vampires bigger (like Legion Lieutenant, Etchings of the Chosen, and Radiant Destiny), as well as cards to keep your Vampires in play (like Timothar, Kindred Boon, and Dusk Legion Lieutenant)
Either way, its hard to go wrong with big dumb fliers that put more powerful cards in your hand
