This plays well with self-exiling like gathering evidence in this set or Night Soil, or Regrowth/Raise Dead to your hand, or shuffle in like Feldon's Cane or reanimation like Zombify

It is restricted to red and black decks, but it still remains one of the most potent single creature removal spells in the game

Maybe this shows up in some fringe situations with death triggers or in strange attrition matchups, but I dont anticipate it being particularly good
