Ruby Storm is still a decent archetype, so this card continues to be great for that specific playstyle
In current Standard this is more of an issue against G/R Monsters than it is against Grixis Energy
If you don't find a way to turn that into insane amounts of mana (like adding an Anointed Procession for extra tokens), just go for lethal with all the extra power from prowess triggers
Green does have some sources of card draw not related to creatures, and those cards are some of the most powerful in MTG
Coretapper Coretapper gets up to no good in various combos using Magistrate's Scepter and one of the cards that gets artifacts or creatures back from the graveyard, of which there are quite a lot, from Emry, Lurker of the Loch to Tameshi, Reality Architect
