The impending cost is pretty expensive if you never get to turn this into a creature, but thats kinda the point
This wasn't like counterfeit money where you need to worry about watermarks, or counterfeit art where the forger themselves needs to be nearly a scholar of the artist they forge
Of the three, vehicles seem strongest, because they offer much more immediate value
Torch Courier seems like an odd inclusion, but it is necessary often to enable a same turn kill by being able to cast both Snoop + Recruiter in a single turn to pile with Courier/Kiki-Jiki on top and then cast it to give Snoop haste
Rakdos colors are hardly lacking in ways to inflict self-burn, and will happily pay the risky price to play spells for so much cheaper
You might win the occasional game, but I'll usually bet on the combo player to find a way to win
