This is classic white, and I see this card fitting in quite well to your average white weenie or hate bear Commander deck

Just dont look at this beautiful card for too long, or her Love-Love Beam will turn you into stone

Honestly, its kind of hard to wrap my head around how strong this one is

If you cast Jeskai Baller from your hand and the spell resolves, you must exile the spell due to its rebound ability

I think Worldly Tutor and / or Living Wish (leave a single copy of the jellyfish in your sideboard) will do this effectively

Thats because Commander is a format of Magic thats great for multiplayer games, but not exactly the most accessible way in for new or lapsed players who may be tempted by the Fallout license
