It rarely bounces artifacts since most of those are colorless, but if there's any creature / enchantment / planeswalker that needs to be bounced, Wash Out will get it along with a bunch of other stuff
Overall, Stage 2 Pokmon build upon one of the game's core mechanics and allow players to evolve their playstyle throughout the game, making them some of the most intriguing cards in the game
