Deaths Shadow decks turn the former into a benefit, and are arguably the best home in Modern for such a card
Anyway, 7 mana for a possibly asymmetric wrath effect isn't completely terrible, but it's really too expensive, especially since there's only one card like this, if there were 3 or 4 maybe you could sort of depend on it
