Agent of the Iron Throne (CLB) cant be used as a background in the command zone here but it is still excellent in the 99 given that you have two commanders and are likely to have one in play to bleed the table whenever you sac artifacts

Card not found is kind of overpowered (not much, but some), so this is at least a bit fixed, because it has the double black requirement

But Temmet also wants the ability to draw cards, in order to pump up a board of zombies

If you have a lot of artifacts in play, it can keep refilling your hand turn after turn
