White has some of the best Aura support in the game, including cards like Open the Armory and Enlightened Tutor to find the best Aura for the job and enchantress effects like Mesa Enchantress and Kor Spiritdancer to draw even more cards as you beat your opponents down with a massive commander
The new ability, Vanish , keeps the Giant Cobra protected from actions , or at least ensures mutal destruction
Note that Summon: Leviathan is one of the sea creature payoffs that include merfolk, though not all sea creature payoffs do
Starting with the artwork this card instantly reminds me of the Strange But Special enchanted from The First Chapter
Add in repeatable card advantage with investigations and you have the recipe for a solid commander
